Whether you’re just starting to explore the connection between your emotional world and physical symptoms, or you’re ready for deeper, more personalized support, there is a path here for you.

From free resources and self-guided courses to one-on-one in-person and distance sessions, each offering is designed to help you understand your body more deeply, release what’s been stored, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

One-on-one in person sessions

These sessions are a personalized, body-led experience designed to help you understand what your body is asking for and create space for release.

We begin with a conversation about your physical history, emotional landscape, and what you’ve been carrying. From there, I listen for where your body is holding tension and use a combination of manual osteopathic techniques, energetic healing, and intuitive guidance to support your body in releasing what it’s ready to let go of.

Every session is unique. Rather than choosing a set session length in advance, we allow the work to unfold based on what your body needs that day.

When you book, simply choose a time that works for you (morning, early afternoon, or evening) and we’ll begin from there.

 

One-on-one distance sessions

Healing doesn’t always require physical touch.

Distance sessions offer a deeply supportive way to work with your body’s physical, emotional, and energetic patterns, no matter where you are.

These sessions can be especially supportive if:

- You live out of town

- Your body feels too sensitive for hands-on treatment

- You feel more comfortable receiving from home

- You’re looking to explore the deeper energetic layers of what your body has been holding.

How it works:

Just like the body stores physical tension, it also holds emotional and energetic patterns that can affect how you feel, function, and heal.

During a distance session, I tune into your body’s energy and listen for areas of restriction, dysregulation, or stored emotion that may be contributing to pain, symptoms, or a sense of feeling stuck.

Through intuitive guidance and energetic healing, I support your body in releasing what it’s ready to let go of, creating more space, ease, and connection.

What to expect:

All you need to do is find a quiet space where you can rest comfortably. You may choose to lie down, meditate, or simply relax while I work.

Many people experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a sense of lightness afterward.

Every session is unique, and your body will guide what unfolds.
