How to Book

Dear Client,

Before booking, it’s important to know that I schedule sessions a little differently than most practitioners.

Rather than booking a fixed treatment length, I reserve a two-hour window for every client. This doesn’t mean we will always use the full two hours, it simply means we have the time and flexibility available if your body needs it.

No two bodies unwind in the same way or at the same pace. Some sessions may require more time for release, integration, or deeper support than others. By creating this spacious container, we’re able to work intuitively and without the pressure of watching the clock.

If your body feels complete in less than two hours, your payment will be adjusted at the end of the session based on the time we spend together.

I also deeply respect your time, energy, and budget. If you have a preferred time or cost limit for your session, please let me know at the beginning so we can work within what feels supportive for you.

How it will work:

  • Choose the time window that works best for you: morning, afternoon, or evening

  • Arrive knowing we have the space to follow what your body needs that day

  • We’ll work together intuitively and allow the session to come to a natural close

  • Payment will be adjusted afterward based on the time we spend together, ranging from $150–$300.
